Back in the saddle again...It's once again time for everyone's favourite poorly organized retro geek contest... RetroChallenge is a chance to show off your retrocomputing skills to a handful of like-minded souls. Although it's ostensibly a contest, winning or losing isn't the point. It's all about getting your hands dirty with some old school computing fun -- dusting off your tech relics and doing something new with them. Over the last few years, RetroChallengers have taken on a variety of self-inflicted challenges... everything from exploring the basics of BASIC to music and video produced on 8-bit gear. RetroChallenge is pretty much wide-open... whatever you want to do is fine, the only thing that matters is actually doing it. RetroChallenge runs from July 1st to 31st. RetroChallenge is sponsored by the 68K Macintosh Liberation Army. |
Retro RetroJeremiah Stoddard whipped up a slew of BASIC games in the last RetroChallenge event. |
